Jeff O'Hara has over 25 years of Hospitality Industry experience in every aspect of the industry. In 1997 his career transitioned from hotels to Destination Management. His experience on all sides of the industry are a significant asset when designing transportation systems due to the many variable factors that must be accounted for in order to create an efficient, guest friendly and cost effective system. He views each transportation system as a unique challenge, incorporating numerous parts to create the final product, much in the same way special events are produced.

 

Jeff is a native of Kingston, NY and earned a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and an MBA from Tulane University.

Ferris Suér brings to the industry several years of local knowledge and expertise. Born and raised in the San Francisco area, Ferris has a huge base of knowledge to draw from when planning shuttles and implementing transportation logistics. He started designing transportation systems throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in 1996 and has executed flawless and exceptional programs, including dozens for Fortune 500 companies, major-league sporting events, political functions, charitable events, and especially city wide convention shuttles. Ferris is a master at understanding how to factor all of the crucial elements needed for an efficient and cost effective transportation system.

Claudia Wehrman started with PRA San Diego in 1996 as a National Sales Manager who came to the company with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has won numerous industry awards, including the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association's Gold Key Salesperson of the Year Award, which she won in 1987 and 1993. The San Diego State University graduate is the only two-time winner in the history of this award.

 

Claudia has been involved in the selling and design of shuttles in Southern California for the past 12 years for both associations and large corporate meetings. Claudia has a strong knowledge of shuttle systems, making them cost effective while still highly effective and service oriented. She has several repeat shuttle clients, such as LPL Financial, Maritz Travel Company and Rotary International just to name a few.

Margie McCartney, a native New Yorker who has called Chicago home for 20 years, has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years. Margie's passion for helping people have a great experience wherever they are started when she worked as a Monday Night Football bartender in college and led to a number of positions in the hospitality industry, including hotel sales, handling ground operations for a DMC in NY, and national sales director for a major industry association.

 

As a Global Sales Manager for PRA Destination Management, Margie is a road warrior who handles primarily association accounts from Minnesota to Washington, D.C. to New York and all points in between. Twice nominated for Supplier of the Year by the Chicago Chapter of MPI, she now sits on the Board as the VP of Membership. Margie is also active with the Community Services Committee of PCMA, which raises money for various local charities.

 

An avid New York Giants and Chicago Cubs fan, Margie is often at the ballpark. She has been honored to sing the national anthem at nine different stadiums around the country. When not working, Margie enjoys traveling and meeting new people. Most of all, she cherishes spending time with her wonderful family.
